Agreement
By using this website or placing an order, you agree to these Terms, our Shipping Policy, Returns & Order Issues Policy and Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.
Products & handmade variation
We make reasonable efforts to present materials, dimensions, colors and prices accurately. Screen settings and photography may affect appearance. Minor variations in handcrafted or small-batch pieces are expected and are not defects.
Orders & acceptance
An automated confirmation acknowledges receipt but does not guarantee acceptance. We may limit quantities, request verification, correct an obvious error or cancel an order because of unavailable materials, pricing error, payment failure, suspected fraud or an undeliverable destination. If we cancel after payment, the applicable amount will be returned to the original payment method.
Prices & payment
Prices are displayed in the currency identified on the site. Your payment provider may apply conversion or international transaction charges. Payment must be authorized before production or shipment. Taxes, duties and shipping are handled as described at checkout and in our Shipping Policy.
Final sale
All purchases are final except for verified damage, manufacturing defect, incorrect fulfillment or rights that cannot legally be excluded. Please read our Returns & Order Issues Policy before ordering.
Acceptable use & intellectual property
You may not misuse the site, attempt unauthorized access, introduce malicious code or use it for unlawful activity. Meraqve’s jewelry designs, photographs, artwork, logo, text and graphics may not be copied, manufactured, distributed or commercially exploited without written permission. Purchasing an item does not transfer design rights.
Third parties & availability
The website may rely on or link to payment, delivery and other third-party services. Their services and policies are outside our direct control. We do not promise that the website will always be uninterrupted or error-free, but will take reasonable steps to maintain it.
Liability & applicable rights
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Meraqve is not liable for indirect or unforeseeable loss arising from use of the site or products. Nothing here excludes liability or consumer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded. These Terms are governed by applicable laws of the People’s Republic of China, without removing mandatory protections that apply to a customer.
