Processing & production

Orders are prepared in Chengdu, China. Some pieces are made to order or produced in small batches. The estimated production time shown on the product page is separate from delivery time. Orders ship only after payment has been confirmed.

Tracked worldwide delivery

Available delivery services, charges and estimated transit times are shown at checkout. When your parcel leaves the studio, we will send a confirmation email with tracking information. Delivery estimates are provided in good faith but cannot be guaranteed.

Address accuracy

Please check your name, telephone number and full address before paying. Contact us immediately if a correction is needed. Once dispatched, an address may no longer be changed. Costs caused by an incomplete address, refusal or failure to collect may be charged before reshipment or deducted from any amount legally refundable.

Duties & taxes

Unless checkout expressly states otherwise, import duties, taxes, brokerage charges and local handling fees are not included and are the recipient’s responsibility. These charges are set by the destination country and are outside Meraqve’s control.

Delays & lost parcels

Customs inspections, holidays, weather and carrier disruption may cause delays. Meraqve is not responsible for circumstances outside our reasonable control, but we will assist with a carrier investigation. Please contact us promptly if tracking has not updated for an unusual period or a parcel appears lost.

Cancellations & changes

Contact us as soon as possible if you need to correct an order. A cancellation or change may be possible before production begins, but cannot be guaranteed. Custom, personalized and made-to-order pieces cannot be cancelled once materials or production have been committed.

Damaged, defective or incorrect items

Final sale does not mean that we leave you without support. If your parcel arrives damaged, the wrong item was sent, or you believe there is a manufacturing defect, email us within 7 calendar days of delivery. Include your order number, a description, clear photographs of the item, external packaging and shipping label.

Once verified, Meraqve will offer an appropriate remedy, which may be a repair, replacement or refund. Do not return an item before receiving written instructions. Approved reasonable return postage for a verified error or defect will be covered by Meraqve where applicable.

What is not a defect

Small variations in texture, polish, stone placement and other hand-finished details are part of an individually produced piece. Sterling silver naturally oxidizes and may develop fine scratches through wear. Damage caused by impact, bending, chemicals, water exposure, incorrect storage or failure to follow care guidance is not a manufacturing defect.

Mandatory consumer rights

Nothing in this policy excludes any remedy or consumer right that cannot lawfully be excluded in your place of residence. Where mandatory law grants stronger rights, those rights will apply.
